Rock Rose Foundation is in search of Community Advisory Committee members for the 2026/27 grant cycle!

Our CAC reviews grant applications and makes decisions about how to prioritize Rock Rose Foundation grant funds for the greatest community impact. We are dedicated to building an inclusive advisory team made up of diverse backgrounds and perspectives that represent a variety of Bell County communities. This position comes with a stipend and there are funds available to reimburse participants for childcare upon request.

Rock Rose’s mission is to support local organizations working toward equitable community development. We are eager to hear from programs in Killeen and the surrounding Bell County area that are directly addressing inequality related to housing, food access, health care, education, and more. Particularly, we are looking for new, small, or non-traditional programs that might face barriers in accessing other funding. 

Preliminary Application Deadline: September 15, 2025

Application Deadline: September 30, 2025

Funding Date: April 2026

Basic Eligibility Requirements: 

• Service Area: Bell County, Texas. 

• Direct impact on traditionally disenfranchised communities or populations 

• Awareness of and efforts toward diverse leadership and staffing 

• A strong plan, including a budget 

• Having or working toward 501(c)3 status NOT required, although preferred
