Rock Rose Foundation Code of Conduct

Our Commitment to Ethical Partnership

Rock Rose Foundation partners with organizations that demonstrate a shared commitment to protecting the dignity, safety, and well-being of vulnerable communities.

We value accountability, transparency, and second chances. We do not automatically exclude individuals or organizations based on prior involvement with the criminal legal system. Rather, we apply a values-based approach to evaluating whether partners maintain appropriate ethical standards and safeguards.

Partners are expected to demonstrate a good-faith commitment to protecting vulnerable populations through appropriate policies, oversight, and practices.

Rock Rose Foundation may conduct due diligence to assess alignment with these standards and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline, suspend, or terminate partnerships where safeguards are deemed insufficient or where conduct is inconsistent with these commitments.

Information shared in connection with this process will be treated as confidential and used solely for evaluative purposes.

ABOUT ROCK ROSE FOUNDATION

Guided by local voices, we support organizations working towards just and equitable community development.

We are eager to hear from programs in Killeen and the surrounding Bell County area that are directly addressing inequality related to housing, food access, health care, education, and more. Particularly, we are looking for new, small, or non-traditional programs that might face barriers in accessing other funding.
